Funeral Speech

ON behalf of KI Lightning Blaze 2008

"KI LIGHTNING"

Words can not express how we really feel, we lost a good friend, a teammate- her family and children lost a good mother, daughter, sister and a friend.

Lynn was a great team player, she believed in keeping the team "KI Lightning" alive and together, this was in honor of a late friend/teammate "Lydnsey Cutfeet". Lynn motivated her teammates and most of all the new young recruits to keep going, this was all recognized by being present and eager to play for fun, she made us laugh and brought smiles in her own unique ways, we'll never forget you Lynn, you made time for yourself, your team and most of all your family & children.

This year we made it a reality to keep two teams alive

"KI Lightning" and "KI Blazers" and we'll never forget that moment when we all laughed about that Title, but we did it anyway, we kept it all alive for 2008 and we'll keep going

This winter when we get on the ice and play, we'll have you there in our hearts and in our minds

We'll never forget you as you run, played and passed that ball with each of us, we'll miss your presence and we'll never let go of that honor you wanted to keep.

This ones for you, Lynn, cuz we know you didn't want to give up.
